CEL after cutout install

Ok, need some help with this one. Did some searching but didn't see anyone with this issue(on my setup)

I just had cutouts welded into a basically stock exhaust. The cutouts are right after the factory cats, lead into a single magnaflow muffler, and out the back no reso's). The little twist in the pipes was removed to fit the cutouts in, but the cats and everything before them is stock(no headers).

Later after the install I ended up getting P0430 which appears to be common on header setups, but like I said, no headers and stock cats. I thought the sensor may have been damaged so I replaced it(cheap enough to do rather than having to go back to the shop). After driving around a bit to see if that solved the issue I at one point got a pending code P0153, but it never set the light off. I thought I was in the clear but as I was pulling into my driveway code P2098 came up. I imagine I'm going to have to make a trip back to the shop, but want to get some input first. Thanks in advance.

P.S. Cutouts are still capped from the factory.

Edit: Also forgot to mention I have a canned Diablo toon

The post cat O2's were since it is new piping. I know at the very least Bank 2/2 is in since that is the one I replaced.

Anyone think a battery disconnect would help since it is a new o2 sensor? Can't hurt so I guess I'll try tomorrow before work.

I should have done my inspection the beginning of the month >.< MA isn't exactly forgiving

Sounds more like your cutouts are leaking to me. But that's just a guess without seeing a log.

Hmm, that isn't promising lol. At least I know that before going too crazy over it. Might be time to just look into a custom tune, again, just worried about MA inspection.
