Ticking noise in engine

Hey fellow members, I have been hearing a ticking noise in the engine area when the vehicle is running. Whenever I bring the RPMs up it speeds up as well. Is this the lifters? What is the easiest way for me to fix this myself?

do you think it's coming from the top end of the motor or the bottom end? middle?

It is coming from the top. It sounds like it is coming from the front left side in the manifold.

Oil is good. Just got it done 2 weeks ago, and that was the first thing I did. I think it is a lifter noise.
I did a short video of the noise. Hope it helps.
Thanks for your help.

Did you check the oil though? Just cause you got it done 2wks ago doesn't mean anything unless you go check it yourself. Some places, even dealers, have to been known to only put 5qts in instead of the required 7qts.

Sound quality on my phone could be better, but is there any way it's an exhaust leak or definitely mechanical?

that sounds pretty bad

sounds like a valve train issue to me. take the valve covers off, pull out the fuel pump relay and have someone turn the motor over and see if you can pin point exactly where it's coming from. that's what i'd do.
