Ok i have just removed the motor from transfer case and the problem has disappeared, i can see the issue it seem the transfer case is in full time 4wd or something.

Wwhen i fix the motor back onto the transfer case the bolts dont line up, it seems the motor is a little bit out so you have to twist it slightly right to line up the bolts.

Also if i turn the ignition on with the motor removed from the T case but connected to the power it doesnt seem to move or change , maybe someone can let me know if its suppose to rotate or anything?

Get a buddy, and one of you enable and disable traction control with the trinity, it should line up after a while, then you can connect it. Do not force it manually or you may damage the motor.

Any chance you can explain the process

Does the car need to be switched on and running or just ignition on ?

I know how to use the Diablo just I can't get it to line up
