So What Are We Testing Next?

Per General's idea of group testing (as seen here: B&G Group Test) what part(s) do you think we should try out next?
I'm shooting to dyno the DUB Air CAI vs. stock with drop in K&N--both with snorkel mod--the week of 5/7-5/14. I'd like to do it sooner but I'll be traveling for work quite a bit until then.

does DUB gives dyno #'s before and after? If not they should be.

I'm not sure, even if they did they're almost certainly inflated as are most vendor dyno claims. The ****ty part is that a few people claim to have lost ~10hp going with the Dub vs. stock with K&N drop in.

Re: So What Are We Testing Next?

i cant imagine losing hp by changing to a better flowing intake. I installed the Mopar Intake on Night Prowlers GC and we could definitely feel the difference

I'm thinking about the MB 7 speed auto mod. Lord knows this thing needs a O/D gear

Re: So What Are We Testing Next?

tells me nothing really. I expected no gain realistically because its just a CAI. In my opinion it needs to be combined with exhaust changes in order to make a real flow improvement. I just don't want to hear I lost hp over stock. The test of stock with K&N is ok, but also interested in bone stock vs DUB. As long as I don't hear that I lost anything I will be satisfied.

Re: So What Are We Testing Next?

We dynoed OCSRT8 with the DUB......we got our baseline.....

We removed the DUB and ran it again.......it gained 10hp.........reinstalled it and it lost the previous gain.

I was there....GSM Scott.....OCSRT8 and running-9's......plain and simple...no if or buts about it!
