Need a part #

I need the motorad part # for the 180 stat for an 07 GCSRT8.

Picked it up from Autozone last week and installed on Easter. Truck is consistently running around 200 now. Valuecraft/Motorad Thermostat #4128 SKU#417275.

I found that the:
180 = no grind
170 = grind.

is this a pretty easy worth while mod? because im just coming out of a mechanical nightmare of a car soo i dont need any issues lol---thats why i wont do headers-- the cel would drive me bonkers

No CEL and I've probably put 150 miles on her with it in since. Runs stronger and cooler.
