confused about ESP, and torque management?

hi, me again, trying to learn a lot and apply it all in a few short days.

The GSM esp/fan mod switches???????

I did the fan mod myself.

Now the GSM states the ESP switch reduces or eliminates the TM and helps
the tranny functions?

I am confused, is that the same as turning off our traction control button?

I don't want to do the RWD/2WD mod, I just want the torque management
and tranny shifts better.

....IS THERA A WAY WE CAN DO THAT OURSELVES?.....LIKE TONIGHT?

thanks.....AGAIN, you guys are great!

2007 Red Rock.... slightly modded, but BAD 2 the BONE!

No, it's not the same as turning off our traction control (which btw, we can only do 80% of the way opposed to the LXs), and no there's no way to do it by yourself.

Actually if you pull the ABS pump fuse it will totally disable ESP and torque managment, but do so at your own risk. And yes you get a CEL and when you reinstall the fuse the CEL is still there until you drive about 10' and it clears itself.

Doesn't that lead to one wheel peel in back and up front?

Re: confused about ESP, and torque management?

You know my site, follow the directions or just remove the fuse first to see if you like it.

The ABS/traction Mod will change a few things. It does seem to shift different, no traction management so burn um up, also has more nuts in first, supposedly the throttle plate is limited to 70 or 80% from the factory. SRT engineers say no everyone with a data logger says yes.

I did notice differences but if they are better or worse i am unsure.

The factory traction button is only a reduction in the TCM not full off!

FASTmade Ediff & TCM switches, 170 Stant, B&B Catback, Dynamic Heads, FRE Hellfire Cam, Kooks LT's
ARIZONA SPEED & MARINE Vortech SuperCharger Kit, ASM Phenolic Spacers, UniChip,
B&G StageII, UniChip, Kenne Bell Boost a Pump, Walsh Racing Heat Exchanger.
