Put a Battery Tender on the battery or second best unhook it - otherwise it will be dead in the spring and damaged.

Park it on a padded surface versus concrete, so you don't have flat spots on your tires in the spring. I would cut four pieces of carpet for each tire. That's just a recommendation. I know you'll miss it!

I hate puttin the rides to bed for winter, but as stated get a battery tender. I also like to fill my gas tanks to keep out the condisation.

I never drive mine in the rain or snow & it is parked all winter &I never do anything special to it either. I do however try & pick a day every 3-5wks that all the streets are completely cleared & dry & take it out for a 20 or so mile drive. Getting home between 2&4am helps also when its like 10į out as little puddles from melting are frozen

Battery tender, change oil, fill the gas tank and use a gas treatment such as stabil.

Winter is why I have mine...

But what everybody else said and you should be fine. Good to start it up and take it for a drive on days that the weather gets decent (if you get occasional breaks in the weather).
