I think you should forget about making your own turbo kit and buy the Vortech kit......

If your only looking for 5 to 6 psi then I agree with Keoni and go with a SC.

By the time you're done , you'll find out that a SC would being the easier way to go . Pay the money for a proven and quality turbo kit , or Vortech / Procharger is available for less .

Yeah going to agree with Paulo. I am not trying to knock on your idea but when all is said and done you will find you could have spent half the money for a used SC kit and would produce just as much power considering your only trying to run 5-6psi. Hell on the stock block you can easily run 7-8psi with a vortec/kenne bell/maggie/procharger etc.

I resemble that remark! LOL! You obviously haven't priced out a new loaded Durango at roughly 48k these days, have you? Not expensive, but definitely not "cheap" either! LOL!

Seriously guys, leave the guy alone and let him do it his way. You'll see the end result, or not. If he can do it, more power to him. If they can, it will be just another option to choose from and competition makes us go faster! However, the kits that are availble work VERY well at their prices and I am personally partial to the few manufacturers that we have!
