BT Catch Can on a 2013

Maybe they should supply a straight fitting for the right hand side looking at the pic. Then the hose wouldn't need to dip down and up, but rather a straight shot over.

Or, they just make a new z bracket with has a bigger offset

I tried to tell BT that the kit for the 2013 still didn't clear the engine cover but the seem to think I ordered the wrong thing. Luckily for me I am keeping the covers off when the valve covers get in.

I had a problem with the back connection though. I couldn't remove the rubber fitting without tearing it is I trimmed the braided hose down, cut a section of the stock plastic tube and inserted that between the two. Worked like a champ.

I've got stuff on order from BT and they told me they'd resolved the issue with it not fitting and the new ones are supposed to work.

Will let you know when I get mine for my '14.

Well, I got mine and it has the same fitment issue. Not a big deal, but entails me running to the hardware store.

Because of the plastic tab holding the wiring harness on my 2014, I'm going to use a 3" stud with a tiny dab of lock-tited (blue) to the head. Plastic tab next, followed by a nut to within 1/16" of the plastic tab. Then a 2" spacer, Z bracket, lock-washer and a final nut. So the tab won't be compressed and will have a bit of "give", and the Z bracket will be held tightly between the two nuts.

Mounting it to the electrical box to the right would have been the better idea as stated earlier...

"Stroked & Blown", "Stroked & Blown".

I've been stroked and blown many times. What does that have to do with my Jeep?
