Will the 2014 SRT steering wheel fit a 2012 SRT8

Hey guys,

Do you think the new 2014 SRT Steering wheel would fit my 2012 SRT8 Jeep?

The new steering is awesome. I asked a local Houston dealership's parts department and they said that they needed a 2014 VIN number to see if it would work. I guess I can find a VIN on autotrader - sometimes they let them.

I was just wondering if anyone has inquired about the?

Thanks /Craig

From what I have heard and read it will not work because the electronic architecture is different from 2012/2013 to the 2014's.

Didnt realize they were different but i must say that my 14 is amazing compared to the wk1. Only other wheel ive had that was close to this nice was the m wheel in my 335 msport. Actually i kind of liked the simplicity on that one better but the wk2 is damn good.

It's been said the wk2 wheel won't fit in the wk1, I'll find the old threads. Give me some time

won't work. buttons/controls totally different. "might" be possible but you would likely need to swap out the wheel control module and reprogram the TIPM just for starters
