My 5.3 was canned 91 tune just in track mode and auto. Brake torque around 1200 rpm and mash the gas and let off the brake as fast as possible.

The 5.1 was the same routine except the edited 91 tune and paddle shifting at 6k.

I like paddle shifting for the most performance to force the high rpm rather than get wheel slip and auto short shifts it.

Performance

91 or 93 tune

Modify tune

Look for throttle
Adjust according to your liking, I think 15% is my preferred choice.

Exit and in it will ask if you want to install now, agree and it will write the tune.

I store it at my parents house when I am out of town and my mom drives it around from time to time. I just prefer leaving the stock tune in for now when I leave it with them. I just don't want an issue to arise. Just playing it safe.
