Front Passenger Side Squeak

Hey guys,
I've had the car for a week now and I've discovered a squeak that's driving me absolutely mad!

The creaking / squeaking noise is coming from the passenger side.
It only occurs when braking or accelerating at slow speeds.
Basically when the truck rocks forward or backward.
The noise is not present when putting weight on the fender or when turning the wheels.
I also tried some aggressive slalom driving and it does NOT make the noise.

We've determined it's not from the wheel well at all.
It comes from just behind the front passenger wheel.
From what I can tell, it's coming from the rear lower control arm bushing or the subframe mount.

Has anyone else encountered this or have any other suggestions?
I'll be doing my brakes and springs today, so I'll be in there anyway and will try and grease the bushings.

Thanks for any help.

Turn on. Tune in. Drop out.

I would say someone has used the lower control arms as a jacking point and they have slightly bent them you will have to remove the arm and straighten it if they have, you should see some marks under the arm if they have jacked from there

Interesting.
I'll take a look while I'm in there.
Have you had this happen before?

Thanks

Yup, happened to me. The brace that you have circled in red has been used incorrectly as a jack point. you need to take it off and you'll be able to see a scuff mark on the top of it where its rubbing the frame. Lightly hammer it out. Be careful not to hammer too much or you'll bend it too much and the holes won't match back up. Or you can buy a new one for $28. This is the driver's side:
