Went from 2014 to a 2017 becasue of the trans

Guys you might remember I had a 2014 SRT that I totally loved and then brought it in for a transmission recall for the shifting into park. Well they had totally screwed up the way the car shifted and the auto blip down shift went away forever and they never were able to fix the issue.
I couldn’t take it anymore and decided to trade it in and ordered a 2017. I have the new car and have about 1600 miles on it. I will say its smoother all the way around but! Three issues I’m having are driving me nuts. The first is the rev match is always late. It seems like the transmission down shifts and then blips the gas. They are off by a hair. The blip needs to come in a 10th sooner and the down shift needs to down shift a 1oth later. Anyone else have this? I do not want to take it back to the dealer for fear of them messing it up even worse and they had no friggin clue what I was talking about with the rev mating fecher anyways. Next the phone screen will let you program the favorites buttons for like home and wife but then when the car is shut off and re started they are gone? Have you guys seen this? And lastly why do the wheels vibrate after 65 MPH? It did it on my last one after I got a new set of tires and I went back 3 times to have them rebalanced and still no better. With this one being new I figured it would be fine but no. once you get over 65 shakes all the way up. Do all you guys have this also? Any help would be great…..Not sure if I should just live with it or…..

That actually makes me nervous since I have mine in the dealer right now for the transmission recall and a few other things to boot.

I drove a 17 before buying my 14 and noticed a few of the things you're mentioning, specifically the late auto blip. I honestly don't know if it's going to get much better even if you hound the dealer. They're limited by what Chrysler can/is willing to do.

Just a thought, but in my experience rev-matching is crisper and more responsive in Sport and Track mode respectively than in Auto mode (I drive a '16). As for the vibration, I'm not familiar with that, but as a long-shot, I'll mention the possibility of MDS kicking in, but I assume you've already factored that in.

My 17' is smooth as glass my wk1 had vibration issues that I eliminated with new tires and an expert wheel balance. No issues with the transmission

Does the vibration eventually go away as you go above 65mph? If so, it's probably something to do with the tires (maybe rims, rotors). How much weight are the tires calling for? A good tire shop other than the dealership will fix you up. If it isn't gone by 75mph+ then my guess it is something else.

It's crazy Jeep can not get these ZF transmissions shift correctly. OMG. I would really leave it be and enjoy what there is to enjoy. Have you tried driving in the different modes?

The favorites should stay saved. That's strange. Are you pairing with the same phone? I just tried with mine and the names stay saved even if the phone isn't paired.

Mine does not shake I would get those wheels checked and balanced.

I think you should take it back and get a Porsche with the PDK - you need something with a better transmission

Good luck.

My 17 shifts great...no vibration with wheels either. You might want to check and make sure they are all tightened...believe it or not, I have seen cases where they forgot to torque all of the lug nuts down.
