'15 dart vs focus

Just wanted some opinions from anybody who has owned a dart. Girlfriend had a '14 focus for 7 months and some young girl t boned and totaled the car. We are going to look at the 2 this afternoon. We both like the day more. But having experienced problems with the jeep I am a little reluctant. What are your thoughts?

The dart is roomier but heavier. So much nicer inside. Have not drove it yet but like the throttle response on the focus compared to similar 4 bangers

yes, I think overall the Focus gets slightly better overall than Dart. We both like the Dart more but something tells us that the Focus is a better option.

On a side note, this is my 2nd Ford dealership experience and maybe my sample set is not large enough, but I have experienced the most laid back and non pushy environment ever. BOTH TIMES, could be the universe telling me something....

Look at the jeep cherokee V6 3.2 as it has the 9 speed tranny but it cost more than the dart. The dart only has the 2.0 4 cyl with 6 speed auto. My cherokee gets 20 mpg intown and 28/30 freeway.

The dart come sin 3 motor options: 1.4 turbo, 2.0 & 2.4. The 2.0 is stated as super under powered, however the ones we are looking at have the 2.4. I really want to drive one, I think the focus will feel livelier on the throttle and in the turns because of being lighter.

I did look at the cherokee and she actually wants one, but I think the extra price might hurt a little plus she wants something small. She really loves the Fiesta we have as a rental now, however I think that thing is 2 small. I would love to have 2 jeeps however!!!

Garage
I never let my choices be influenced by a salesman. They're just the person who shags the keys for me for a test drive. I have yet to meet one who knows more about the vehicle I'm purchasing than I do. And with the internets, that's how everyone should be too. Maybe I might come back later and ask for a different salesman because I want some one else getting the comish, but they don't determine whether I buy a certain vehicle or not.

If you liked the interior better, I would have went with the Dart. Spend too much in the interior to have an inferior one IMO.

Ether way, hope it works out for you/her.
