You could put some strong tape over them, then remove them very carefully with fishing line. That would keep them mostly lined up, but still may not be perfect. Maybe a clear packing tape.
As far as value, I personally wouldn't buy any for the alignment reasons first, secondly you should remove all adhesive and then need to add more. IMO too much work. But there could be someone who wants them, eBay would most likely yield you the most money, but I would try here first (no fees to pay).
