I don't have the extended leather option and "SRT" on the steering. The Jeep plate is definitely consistent (on other forums as well) with the extended leather package.

Just received mine, directly from the truck ! I don't have the extended leather, but my steering wheel cap is "Jeep".....just too bad, everything else is "SRT" just like it should have been from the beginning, except for the steering wheel....

Anyways to swap it ?

With the introduction of the Durango SRT, I think its just a matter of time before the SRT designation becomes exclusive to the Dodge brand. Jeep may continue to have a high performance Grand Cherokee, but it probably won't be a SRT.

That would make sense.

Maybe it's the same leather part from the summit w/ fancy leather?

This is what I have heard........Jeep will continue to have a Performance version but it will not be an SRT......it will be "Powered by SRT"

I had a 2014 Jeep SRT before this one, but donT' see any other main differences, except the steering wheel cover.

That's the only place left, together with the hatch rear emblem that you can actually Read "Jeep" on my SRT. I already removed the front "Jeep" emblem, together with the "Grand Cherokee" emblem on both side, and I'll probably replace all 3 with SRT gloss black emblem instead.
