Seen a few cars doors with fresh holes that look very similar. Any exit strikes? I'f no exit strike, then maybe road debris.

I also would think bullet... rebar is ALWAYS rusty and would have left something on there... not to mention it is usually ribbed (for her pleasure ), and would not leave that clean of a hole...

Anyone thought maybe an ice pick? lol... disposing of murder weapons by dropping off an overpass?

Might come out almost even selling your remaining 3 and getting some chrome repro's... or get a repair quote, something that uniform might be repairable

Could also have been a short piece of metal tubing. On one of the pics you see three more impact marks close to the hole. One of them looks like it could be from a hollow object.

Judging from the angle of the hole I don't think it's from a bullet, you would have to have some holes somewhere in the wheel well for it to enter like that.

Any impact marks underneath the wheel where it went through, i.e. the break rotor?

not if the front bounced it and set it up for the rear tire just right...I think someone wanted you to slow down so they could see the jeep better...not every day you see one of these

I hate taking 35 to Austin. I went to middle school and high school in Buda, TX and always avoided 35. Where on 35 were you when it happened? I will be down from March-May for military training. Anything going on then?
