My demon turbo build

I am about to start my install next week, I am hopefully going to take 2 days from start to finish but we will see. I will be installing everything myself with help from the wife or a couple friends in a shop with a lift.
My build is simple but I tryed to get everything to get me started on my quest for the 10s. Right now my goal is low 11s but my end goal is to be in the 10s. This is what I got to get me there

Demon 76mm turbo kit powder coated flat black
SHR war viking (thanks to a fellow member)
Stage 6 2 step
Greddy profec oled boost controller
Titanium wrap+turbo blanket
Single electric cutout
All the little odds and ends.

The only gauges I will run will be the Trinity and the boost controller. I am trying to work on mounting them on the left side vents and use the trinity for AFR.

I don't have a unlimited budget so I have tryed to piece everything together the best I can and I should be ready to go until it is time for a built motor and bigger fuel system. My plan is to run 7.5 to 8 psi on pump and we will see where that gets me.

I have been away for work since everything has arrived but I will be coming home this weekend so I will upload more pictures and next weekend I should start the install. If you guys have any tips let me know I'll keep everyone posted on how it goes.

We will see how this install goes I am sure I will be calling the demon guys a lot along the way. It is a lot of parts as you can tell but nothing looks that hard.

The only part I am really worried about is Installing the Trans, flexplate and converter really. We will see how that goes.

Then I think the second part I will be worried about is drilling the oil pan, installing the 2 step, and fuel pump. Other than that it does not look to bad.

As for the gauges I am not a big fan of the pillar. But my concern with the sunglass holder was not being able to see anything. But I think the boost controller and trinity on the vents will be easily seen and not that noticeable. I mean It's just a jeep

Start spraying everything with penetrating oil now. Your 2 day window will go to shit if you can't get the exhaust off and snap a stud in the manifold.

Just wrapped some of the hot side. I am using DEI Titanium 2 inch wrap. I had a 100 foot roll and it was not enough. I may order another 100 foot roll and wrap the rest at a later date.

At this point I am waiting to get my tune sent back so I can go ahead with the install.
