OK fellas, I felt like now was a good time to start my build thread. The jeep has been good to me, and provided over 150,000 miles of fun, over 100k boosted but now it is time to treat her to a different lifestyle. Skip over at Demon has been a huge help in walking me through some of the ins and outs of the build and what I can expect. I wish I could afford to just throw a huge chunk of money at it and get it done quickly, but I am by no means a baller of that magnitude so I will have to take it one step at a time. Who knows, I might win for longest build! So my goals are for a bulletproof badass street ride that I can drive to the track every now and then to hang out with you goons and maybe throw down some respectable times while I'm at it. Not really looking for something that will need to be "refreshed" and don't want to worry about breaking something catastrophic. Not looking to break anyone's records either. I plan on staying supercharged with my procharger unless Skip talks me into trying something a little different. Could this be achieved in a quicker timeline with less top notch parts, probably so, but I don't want to be worried that X part may break and now I will need to dive into the motor again. Plus we all know how goals and wants change and I would like to be prepared for if that happens. So on to the good stuff that will be included

There are other bits that will need to be added. I will need to upgrade my axles for sure and I would like to keep my conqueror trans which would mean I will have to limit my torque to under 900lb/ft. If i want to go more, then I will need to upgrade to the SuperPro trans. but I want to keep my ride streetable so that is still up in the air. As pictures come available, I will be posting them. Skip has already started the process for the crank and I sent him my first installment of my kids college fund......J/K. More to come........>
